Google To Announce New Paid Subscription Services For You Tube
Google recently announced that it’s offspring, YouTube, had crossed the 1 billion user mark (that is billion with a “b”). Piggybacking on that landmark achievement Google is about to release it’s new à la carte subscription service for some of YouTube’s specialized video channels, hoping to finance a wider range of content (as well as add a second income stream to the leading digital video market leader. This initiative has been in the works for quite a while and comes as no surprise at all to those who have been keeping up with YouTube’s growth in the last year or so.
